At Sync Solutions, refunds are only available for unused keys. Refund requests may also be approved if the purchased product does not support your operating system or if a purchase was made by mistake and the key has not been redeemed or used.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for used keys, user error, compatibility issues caused by unsupported configurations, or changes of mind after activation. By purchasing from Sync Solutions, you agree to these terms.
